	Fendant Combe d’Enfer This is a bright yellow Fendant with a golden hue, the fine and fruity range of which is distinguished by a light soil. On the palate, finesse is fully expressed at the same time as the roundness and volume.
	Fendant Fully This chasselas combines the mineral aromas of the Fully soil with a very welcome lime delicacy. White gold in color, the wine retains its stony and plant tone until the final moment.
	Petite Arvine Planche Billon Pale yellow with very fresh aromas of wisteria, this dry wine is characterizes by a strong attack, a taste of exotic fruit and a final saline touch, typical of the grape variety.
	Saignées d’Henry Produced on the slightly chalky soil of Fully, this Rosé wine with a strong luster, intense and fine aromas of fresh fruit, full-bodied, with a very balanced and long continuity to the nose, is issued from Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Syrah, Merlot and Humagne Rouge.
	Dôle Blanche This Rosé, issued from Pinot Noir and Gamay attacks with frankness and freshness. On the palate it expresses the fruity Gamay, associated with the finesse of Pinot Noir. It is a pleasant and distinctive wine, and flattering to say the least.
	Gamay de Fully A light red showing some purple hues, this Gamay from Fully yields pleasant strawberry and raspberry scents combined with a touch of underbrush. After a soft and fine attack, one finds again the aromas that flatter the nose with an impression of freshness.
	Dôle de Saillon The ruby red wine pleases immediately due to its harmony that is underlined by the tannins which are present, but remain still perfectly soft. Color and nose are characteristic of an assemblage of Pinot Noir and Gamay.
	Pinot Noir de Saillon Of a ruby purple color, with a nose of cherry and cassis, this wine rests on good tannins. Net and structured, it reveals an equilibrated taste made of finesse and charm: quite the opposite of an aggressive wine.
	Humagne rouge Follaterres Between red and purple, the Humagne rouge Follaterres is a typical grape variety that combines a discreet scent of red fruit with a slightly wild side. The attack is lively, the taste harmonious, the tannins are powerful but not dominant.
	Durize Combe d’Enfer Scarcity and exclusivity of the Fully commune, the Durize with its nice purple red aspect seduces thanks to its cooked prune and almond aroma. These are two aspects that stay in your mouth along with well blended tannins.

EXCEPTIONAL WINES

	Ermitage grain noble From the outset this wine asserts itself through its superb golden robe. Combining notes of candied and exotic fruit, its bouquet confirms the first impression. Soft and straightforward at the beginning, the palate manages to combine fullness, liveliness and finesse to assemble a beautiful and equilibrated volume.
	Fendant de Mazembroz Very sensitive to the character of the soil, the Fendant subtly blends its expressions. The Mazembroz variety assumes notes of lime and lemon while relying on a lively and frank attack.
	Petite Arvine Traditiion Its fine and delicate flesh gives this wine a typically high distinction. Distinguished and virile, the Arvine exudes aromas of flowers and fruits. It amazes by its delicacy which ends on a very personal saline note.
	Gamay Vieilles Vignes A wine intensely ruby red, clear and bright, the Gamay Vieilles Vignes yields aromas of gingerbread. Very round, winey, expressive and with a fresh finish, this wine reveals itself balanced, fresh and lively.
	Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes Ruby red with purple highlights, the Vieilles Vignes reveals potential. The nose is intense and rich, with an unmistakable fruity, black cherry taste, structured by moderate tannins that confirm the promises of the scent.
	Cabernet-Sauvignon Fully Classical in its garnet robe, this ample and generous wine develops a bouquet and a body, the aromas of black fruits and tannins of which are sufficiently ripe to make it very pleasant whilst giving it a good ageing potential.
	Merlot de Saxon This vintage, with a dark red robe, reveals all the freshness of the small red fruits. The well structured wine that has strong tannins is bound to have a promising future.
	Cyrius (Assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Durize, Pinot Noir, Humagne) This red assemblage wine with a very pronounced robe offers a flattering, moderately grilled bouquet revealing a cherry coming to life. The palate follows the same register based on a nice, balanced and long matter. Here we have a truly superb wine.
	Sauvignon blanc Shining, with flashes of green and yellow, this specific Sauvignon has a smell of gooseberries and cassis, of ripe peaches and grapefruit. It is a wine of good volume, pleasant and refreshing.
	Syrah A deep ruby red wine with an intense nose of spices and clove, combined with a smooth and fine structure. A very distinctive wine, full of frankness, fruity, with a charming roundness and issued from the granitic soils of Fully.
